About Us

Dr. Sophie -

Chiropractor

Dr. Sophie's work is grounded in the understanding that each individual is a large, beautifully complex system of factors - our physical body, physiology, emotions, beliefs, thought patterns, relationships, trauma. She believes that true wellness arises through harmony among all these areas. Her skills, experience, knowledge, humility and reverence for complexity, together with the client's unique goals and intentions, all weave together to inform care in a powerfully holistic and integrated manner. She aims to empower clients with hands-on treatment & tools to promote a deeper, more sustainable expression of wellness, from the inside out. Outside of practice she enjoys spending time by the river, running, singing, backpacking, yoga, and spending time with her community of friends and family.

Benjamin Osborn -

Myotherapist

I first gained an interest in myotherapy over 14 years ago while recovering from a serious skydiving accident, it resulted in a shattered pelvis and broken lower back, for many years I searched for treatment modalities to address the constant daily pain as a result of the accident, throughout the journey to heal and live pain free I found the techniques used in myotherapy to be extremely effective in restoring function and removing discomfort completely, looking beyond the symptoms to find the root cause of the imbalances in the body that were causing physical discomfort and pain. This inspired me to learn, develop and explore the skills needed to provide relief to others dealing with chronic pain and mobility problems.

I work with with people through all stages of life including children, teenagers, tradespeople, athletes (beginner to professional), pregnant women, new mums, desk bound workers the elderly and anyone else experiencing pain, discomfort from musculoskeletal issues.

My aim is to get you pain free and strong again by not just providing a band-aid fix.

I am a current Member of Massage Myotherapy Australia and actively continue to develop my toolbox as a myotherapist with ongoing professional development.
